April 2011 -- exterior repainted!

 

April 2010 -- new deck and outdoor shower!  Step out of the french doors onto the new gulf facing deck.  There is a patio table with umbrella and four bar height chairs.  The shower is fully enclosed and has both hot and cold water.  The decking extends to the private parking space.
